We offer you a villa with two special apartments Cozy apartment and Charming apartment located in the same house (separate entrance), one located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor - sharing a common courtyard, located in Scheiul Brasovului - the old quarter of Barsovului, 3 minutes' walk away on foot to Unirii Square (Prima Scoala Romanianeasca museum) and 10 minutes' walk to the center - Black Church - Piata Sfatului - Republicii street.

Apartamentul  Cozy - it has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with an extendable sofa for 2 people. The apartment is very spacious, bright, each room has a view of the mountain, being equipped with LCD TVs, WiFi, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy apartment has a rustic kitchen located in the basement.

We offer parking space

Being located in a quiet area, we offer you the guarantee of an extremely pleasant and relaxing holiday, where you will have the privacy you need. Picturesquely decorated, with an old, coquettish air, it represents a place with personality made available to our guests because we want them to feel extraordinary in our home. The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable, also having access to a small courtyard where you can quietly enjoy your morning coffee.

The apartments in this villa (Cozy and Charming) can be rented together for a group of 12 people or separately. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Rules

  • We mention the fact that this location is in an extremely quiet area so that the hours of silence between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. must be respected. We want to respect each other and respect the neighbors who have the right to rest.
  • We do not accept groups for parties.
  • We strongly ask you to respect the parking instructions indicated by the host.
