AKI Gray Apartments*** represents a portfolio of 9 fully furnished and equipped apartments located in the Historic Center of Brasov. The homes are classified by the Ministry of Tourism with 3 stars and can be rented as a hotel, facilitating a more convenient stay than a typical hotel accommodation, through the privacy and comfort offered, avoiding congestion. The apartments are located in 4 different buildings, two of them being very close.

For beautiful experiences, a family atmosphere and a space where guests can always feel at home, the apartments with two or three rooms are created with different identities and moods. Each corner of the 9 apartments is designed to offer a beautiful, quiet and warm stay, so that the guests have everything they need at their disposal

The main facilities of the rooms are:

  • Flat screen TV and smart TV, WIFI, Air conditioning,
  • Bathroom cosmetics, hair dryer, linen, towels
  • Fully furnished and equipped kitchen; refrigerator, electric oven, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher;
  • Hot water and heat through the apartment's own central heating system;
  • Washing machine;
  • Welcome kit: coffee, tea, sweets;
  • Free parking in front of the building at some of the locations
  • Check-In – Check-Out express.
  • Some apartments have a courtyard, equipped with a table and four chairs, where you can enjoy a coffee, admiring the surroundings of Brasov, which offers a fabulous view.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation units (smoking is allowed only in specially arranged places). All locations are located in extremely quiet areas, so quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We want to respect each other and respect the neighbors who have the right to rest. We do not accept groups for parties. The apartments are intended exclusively for rest and relaxation.

Attention to details is indispensable, so special attention is paid to cleanliness and hygiene by using professional cleaning products approved by the Ministry of Health and regular disinfection of common surfaces.
The locations offer easy access to all points of interest in Brasov. The Old Center, with numerous tourist attractions, is at a distance between 0 and 2 km, depending on the chosen apartment, and for sports and hiking enthusiasts, Poiana Brasov is only 15 minutes away by car.
Regardless of the choice made - a stay in the mountains with the family, a business trip, Aki Gray Apartments is more than a simple stay in a hotel, offering maximum safety and well-deserved comfort.
