Modern Apartment is located in a residential area of the city of Brasov, only 15 minutes' walk from the city center - Strada Republicii, Piata Sfatului, Biserica Black, and other points of attraction of the city of Brasov.
Modern Apartment –1 bedroom with double bed + living room with sofa bed for 2 people – it has 50 square meters, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen and is located on the first floor of the building. It is the perfect choice for families with children, discreet couples, students, women traveling on business - the apartment, located in the attic, is semi-detached. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, kitchen, bathroom, two separate bedrooms, central heating, yard.
We offer a parking space in the yard of the house.
About 300 meters from the apartment we find a Kaufland supermarket, a Donna pharmacy, the Romanian-specific restaurant Casa Tudor, as well as a bistro that also offers raw-vegan menus - Bistro MaCocotte.

- We mention the fact that this location is in an extremely quiet area so that the hours of silence between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. must be respected. We want to respect each other and respect the neighbors who have the right to rest.
